Wisconsin Masonic Charities
The Charities of the Grand Lodge are the Wisconsin Masonic Home, Inc. Three Pillars, The Wisconsin Masonic Foundation including the Wisconsin Soccer Fund, Service and Assistance Fund, and the Medical fund. These Charities support a wide range of causes, and provide donors with numerous opportunities for personal involvement. They serve thousands of individuals each year through programs that support Masonic relief, gifts of education, community health, safety, and youth activities.
Wisconsin Masonic Foundation
The Wisconsin Masonic Foundation was created in 1925. The Wisconsin Masonic Foundation is committed to helping youth realize their potential through an educational scholarship fund. The Foundation supports caring for the aged through the Wisconsin Masonic Home Endowment Fund, and is committed to helping individual donors leave lasting legacies through over 20 Donor Advised Funds.
The Masonic Medical Fund of Wisconsin was originally known as the Masonic Medical Foundation of Wisconsin, Inc., when it began in 1972. Since then, the Foundation’s name has changed, along with the face of medicine. At its inception, the Masonic Medical Fund supported only one facility—the Masonic Diagnostic and Treatment Center of Milwaukee. Just as the treatment center has expanded over the years, so have the efforts of the Masonic Medical Fund.
By 1986, the Fund had created its Wisconsin Masonic Lodge Hospital, Health Care and Rehabilitation Matching Grants Program. The program encouraged local Masonic Lodges to partner with institutions in their communities to both identify and support health and safety related programs. These partnerships are what will allow the Masonic Medical Fund to meet the challenges the future holds.

Wisconsin Masonic Soccer Foundation exists for the purpose of promoting the Masonic Fraternity and its philanthropy through a yearly soccer event for exceptional high school athletes. The Annual All-Star Games are held in late July at a college campus in Wisconsin. Beginning in 2008, the games gained a new purpose. Proceeds from the annual games will be designated to build an endowment which will eventually provide scholarships to underprivileged youth to attend soccer camps. We believe that the All-Star Games provide a valuable experience to the brightest high school athletes, and we also believe that we can continue to strengthen youth at a different level by providing the camp experience to hone their skills.

Wisconsin Masonic Home
For more than 100 years, the Wisconsin Masonic Home has been touching the lives of its residents. The high quality care provided for seniors is the result of years of tradition and caring. Over the years, Dousman campus has grown from the original Masonic Home, or Van Brunt Hall to include the Masonic Village on the Square, an independent senior apartment building, our Compass Point building, our catered living facility, and the Masonic Health Care Center, which provides 24 hour nursing care. We are proud to be a leader in senior care and hope that your friend or family member is proud to call the Wisconsin Masonic Home, “home.”

Service and Assistance Fund
The Masonic Service and Assistance Fund is the embodiment of the concept of Masonic Relief in its oldest and purest form. Its benevolence has been in practice since the formation of the Grand Lodge of Wisconsin Masons in 1843. Its ability to serve those in need begins with the applicant’s active membership in the Masonic fraternity in the Jurisdiction of Wisconsin.
Over time the Wisconsin Masonic Service and Assistance Fund has been known by many different names, including the Grand Lodge Charity Fund and the Masonic Welfare Fund. However, despite its changing name, its goal has always been the same—to extend the helping hand of Masonry wherever it is needed.
